LEVEL TWO

This class will primarily focus on repeating previous forms of Qigong learned in Level One:

"Yin-Yang Medical Qigong", "Six Healing Sounds" (two styles), and "Fragrance Qigong"

as well as learning new forms such as:

"Four Seasons Qigong", "Primordial Qigong", "Eight Pieces of Brocade", "Bone Marrow Cleansing", "Tendon Healing Practice", "Animal Frolicks", "Taiji Ruler",and various meditations.

Please wear loose clothing and flat shoes. This class is open to those familiar with Qigong or who have had some experience in comparable disciplines.
