LEVEL ONE

Although there will be some discussion of Chinese medicine and how Qigong "works", this class will primarily focus on learning 2-3 different forms of Qigong -"Yin-Yang Medical Qigong","Six Healing Sounds", and "Fragrance Qigong" as well as doing meditations. I may also introduce "Bone Marrow Cleansing". There will always be a warm-up and a cool-down component to each class.

Please wear loose clothing and flat shoes. This is open to beginners as well as those who may be familiar with Qigong.
